Jaramie Magera is the driving force behind Broadwater Construction, bringing over 30 years of experience, passion, precision, and professionalism to every project. A dedicated craftsman with an eye for detail, he approaches each home with the same meticulous care and commitment that define his work ethic. His high-energy approach and straightforward communication ensure that every client’s vision is brought to life seamlessly.
Beyond building exceptional homes, Jaramie enjoys the thrill of the outdoors, often spending his free time hunting—a reflection of his patience, strategy, and appreciation for craftsmanship in all forms. His dedication to excellence, combined with his keen attention to detail, makes him a leader in the custom building industry.

Alan Mendez
Alan Mendez plays a key role in the success of Broadwater Construction, bringing a deep understanding of Tucson's landscape and community to the company. Alan’s knowledge of the region's unique terrain, climate, and culture adds valuable insight to every project.
Alan and Jaramie Magera have been collaborating since the early 2000s, developing a strong partnership built on trust, mutual respect, and a shared dedication to delivering exceptional results. Their teamwork ensures that every project is approached thoughtfully, with a commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
Outside of work, Alan is deeply connected to the desert lifestyle, appreciating the natural beauty and diverse landscapes that make the area so special. His understanding of the local environment and genuine appreciation for the community make him an integral part of the Broadwater Construction team.
Superintendent
Hector Pesqueira
Hector serves as a Superintendent with the Broadwater Construction team, bringing a strong work ethic and a hands-on, detail-focused approach to residential and commercial construction jobsites. He is actively involved in overseeing projects from early stages through completion and takes pride in understanding each phase of the building process. His role focuses on keeping job sites organized, safe, and running efficiently.
On-site, Hector emphasizes clear communication, coordination with subcontractors and vendors, and following plans accurately. He works closely with the team to ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality. Hector believes that well-built homes come from paying attention to details and ensuring the work is done right the first time.
Hector is originally from Caborca, Sonora, Mexico. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, and watching baseball, particularly his favorite team, the New York Yankees
Dedicated Office Staff
At Broadwater Construction, our dedicated office team works behind the scenes to ensure every aspect of your project runs smoothly. From managing invoices and subcontractor payments to handling client billing and insurance, we take care of the essential administrative tasks. Our team is also responsible for creating a comprehensive O&M binder for each home, which includes every detail—from siding and paint color to finishes in the bathroom and throughout the home. This binder ensures that homeowners have all the information they need, including a complete list of subcontractors, house plans, and much more.
In addition, our office team handles all social media and marketing campaigns, helping to showcase our projects and maintain strong connections with our community. Their commitment to organization, communication, and client satisfaction ensures a seamless and professional experience every step of the way.
